Mothership Saga

It's been a while. I'm enjoying my "time off grid". This article is shared to us by none other than our most cherished enthusiast - Mr.Aire. He's written some excellent article through out these years. Check out his new one -CK

Mothership Saga

Hi folks this is Aire ,hope you remember me. It's been a while I wrote something ;yeah almost 2 years now.Honestly, nothing didn't strike me to drive you crazy.

So lately I was dreaming ,day dreaming precisely, and this came into my mind.

An aircraft which is in Sydney ready to fly to its destinations - London ,Dubai and to New York.

You would be thinking what new in this; really thinking about the jet lag you gonna have after the trip - Chill...This is not just one aircraft flying to all these destinations.

Lets call the aircraft now in Sydney- "Mother ship" ( cool ah!) and it's got a reason why I named this, because its not just one aircraft, its has two other airplanes attached to it ...ehh sounds weird ..okay.

I've a similar example for you to figure it out , white knight 2 and space ship, of virgin galatic . Well this is not the cut, copy of it.

The mother will take off from Sydney and after reaching right in the middle ,the other aircraft will get detach and fly to its destinations.

I know this is taking you to middle of no where....your curiosity is our enthusiasm to do more.

Please do comment :-)

Why do you start a business?

People have been telling me that you have to start a business which can produce great money value in relatively easy way. That it's about thinking how we can make a best deal out of the current situation. That it's a law that we need to be cunning and deceitful to successfully run a business.

Another reason is, you start a business because you hate your boss and that you don't want to work under someone. So that you achieve freedom.

Are these the real reasons why you start a business?

With all due respect, I humbly disagree.

You don't start a business because you think you can be cunning and deceitful; take advantage of a situation and make money with some hard work. You don't start a business because you hate your boss. If you start a business like that, you will eventually be duped or you will start hating your customers.

You start a business because that is the right thing to do.

It's not like - "I have coding skills, so let me start a software company". No.

It's because it's your desire to help people. You help people by making their life better. You develop your skills because it will help you solve problems. You get money because you need to keep your business float.

You do it because you can deliver value to others life. That you can change the world.

Bill Gates is not a billionaire because he is an excellent coder or he is an excellent manager. He is a billionaire because his core desire is to make the world a better place and has the strength and courage to make it happen. Have you watched him lately? Have you been following what he does now? Instead of enjoying the sun beaches or casinos in Las Vegas or Paris, he's trying to eradicate an entire disease from the face of earth - for free.

Any idea why?

Because it makes him happy.

Your reason to start a business should be help your mission in your life. To help others. To make the world a better place.

It's not about taking stuffs from people, it's about giving. Be generous. If you can provide an awesome service for free - do it. Google did it.

All comes down to your core desire. Your core why.

Cheers.

Feelings & Actions

There is a foundational idea set up by movies and pop culture. The idea is that life is good when we have awesome feeling. Acting upon our feeling is the way to live. All movies portray emotions. They made it so awesome that it convinced mass audience that acting upon your feelings is the best and cool way to live.

Truth is inversely proportional to this idea.

Your actions shouldn't be coming after the feelings. Feelings should be the byproduct of action. Action should be taken for values.

It doesn't matter what you feel. Your purpose, your goal, your direction - take action on that.

We are convinced that if we have purpose, a good job, safety and security - we'll feel good. It's BS.

You do job selflessly. You work hard in spite of your feelings. You care and sacrifice for your better half even if you don't feel like love.

Take action and change your feelings.

This was a impacting revelation for me. I am usually non committed. I was under the impression that, once I figure out what my purpose in life is - I'll be motivated to do just anything. Boy, I was wrong.

Slow and steady wins the race. Slow is okay. Steady not so much. I am sure if we are to understand and conceive it in our mind; we can create wonders. Life can be so much better.

Let us all strive for a higher purpose and stop this ridiculous obsession towards being cool and playing right.

Cheers.

Muhammed Ali Quote

Taking Action

Failure is brutal. It can kill you. The times when it doesn't, it can make you stronger. Easier said than done.

No amount of self improvement material will help you if you don't take action. Taking action will lead you to failure, or success. It's not about where you end up, but what you do to change it.

Taking action is not easy. Unless you have a strong "why" in your life, you will not have any initiation to take action.

Find what truly drives you in life and take action. If you don't know what drives you, find it. Make that your goal.

It's your responsibility

Always Ask Why

Humans can live in autopilot mindset forever. People can live and die without ever having to take responsibility for their consciousness. They just do "stuffs" because everyone else does it. I think that's one of the primary root of our everyday problems.

Problems in itself are not threatening. They are indifferent. Problems doesn't have anything favorable or against you. They are just problems waiting to be solved.

You may think that problems just keeps coming to you. You may also think that your problems are unbearable. It's not the problem that matters, it's your reaction to problems.

When problems arise, in any case - we only have two options: Flee or Fight.

Everyone always has this option, every day in every case.

By flee I mean you try not to indulge in the problem. You don't want to deal with it. Anything boring or hard or complex in our life comes into this category. Cooking is hard, just get a take away. Exercising is hard, just find reasons to postponed it. Reading is boring, pretend reading is overrated. Self Improvement is complex, convince yourself that I am the best; I need no improvement.

Our mindset works like spectacles. Colored spectacles. You start fleeing away from most problems in life by either ignoring or convincing yourself that it's okay to have this problem not solved. That is a colored spectacle. That is fleeing mindset. That will spread into every aspect of your life.

This is precisely the reason why millions of talented people doesn't rise up to their potential. They always flee.

If you want real changes in life, and I am repeating it - IF YOU WANT REAL CHANGES IN LIFE. IF.YOU.WANT. - then you need to fight.

Easier said than done.

How can we develop this fight mindset?

You start by asking Why?

Every aspect of your life - every problem you face - no matter how hard and big they are - ask why?

Ask why to your solution or may I say, reaction towards those problems.

Cooking is hard, just get a takeaway. - Why?

Why is cooking hard?

Why takeaway? Why not eat in a restaurant? Why not diet?

The purpose of asking why is to find the core reason of your reaction.

You ask these questions, it will lead you to the real you.

Do you hate some people in your life? Why?
Is it because they don't give you the respect you deserve? Why?
Do you deserve to be respected? Why?
Do you take your self worth from other peoples perspective? Why?
Don't you believe in yourself? Why?
Do you really hate the other person or yourself? Why?

We are blessed in this world to have a better life. It's you who has to choose how you want to live.

There is nothing wrong with fleeing mindset. You can have that and still enjoy love, fun , passion etc - the best things in life which are free.

Then why do you need to change it? That question is what you need to ask yourself.

Why change?

Always ask why.

Thank You.
